Sharing your story is a way to work through what you’re struggling with as a suicide loss survivor. By sharing your story and that of your loved one, you can help other survivors feel less alone in their grief, and help those suffering with emotional and mental health issues understand the impact the actions they are considering will have on their loved ones and those around them.
